Monthly Stipend

The stipend is paid in addition to your policy commission — so you earn from both sides.

First Year ₹7,000 per month
Second Year ₹6,000 per month
Third Year ₹5,000 per month

Stipend Conditions (Easy Targets)

  • First year: 1 policy per month in months 1–4, 2 policies in months 5–8, 3 policies in months 9–12.
  • To receive the second-year stipend, at least 65% of first-year policies must remain in force.
  • To receive the third-year stipend, at least 65% of second-year policies must remain in force.
  • After 3 years, you continue as a regular LIC agent earning commission and other benefits.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility

These Women Are Eligible

  • Age between 18 and 70 years
  • Minimum 10th pass (or higher)
  • Permanent resident of India
  • Preference given to women from rural areas
  • Homemakers, students, retirees — all can apply

These Are Not Eligible

  • Close relatives of LIC employees or agents (spouse, children, parents, siblings, in-laws, etc.)
  • Employees of government or public sector undertakings (PSU)
  • Existing or former LIC agents
  • Retired LIC employees
